7 Day Crash Diet

According to Dr. Joel Fuhrman, you can lose 10lbs in one week by eating lots of high nutrient foods. Of course that's going to be mostly fruits and veggies.

Here is the plan:

1. Follow the 90/10 rule daily.
Fill up on fruits veggies  nuts, etc, and eat only 10% of dairy, meats, and sweets
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh fruit.
Lunch: Focus on beans, salad w/beans, home made hummus etc, BEANS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND!!
Dinner: Lean, green skinny supper, egg plant, broccoli pizza.

2. Use secret weapons, berries, onions, mushrooms!! All have properties that blast fat from your body!!

3. Drink skinny shakes! 4oz pom juice 1 C strawberries, 1C ice, lemon juice. Helps lower insuline, glucose; filling, helps keep you UNbloated.

NO WORKING OUT DURING THE FIRST WEEK!! Wait until you feel well enough to do it.

Yummy tips:
Switch regular pasta for quinoa pasta (find at local health food stores)
Snack on roasted chick peas
